1. Upstream & Offshore Operations
- Roles: Drilling Supervisors, Geologists, Roustabouts, Crane Operators
- Work on offshore rigs means 12-hour shifts where you command drilling systems, heavy equipment, and oversee pressure controls.
- Requirements: BOSIET offshore survival certificate, engineering or technical degrees, 5–7 years of industrial experience
