Dubai Airport Jobs – Emirates Cabin Crew & Aviation Careers At Emirates, we are seeking energetic, adaptable individuals to join our airport-based cabin crew team in Dubai. As the face of Emirates at the airport and in-flight, you’ll ensure passengers receive exceptional support, guidance, and safety from the moment they arrive at the gate until they reach their destination.
Cabin crew responsibilities surpass service safety always comes first. You are trained for airport and in-flight procedures, manage passenger needs, and respond confidently to emergencies in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities of Airport Cabin Crew
Deliver excellent customer service at the airport and onboard. Assist passengers with check-in procedures, boarding, managing gate activities, offering directions within the airport, and accommodating special requests prior to departure. Ensure safety procedures are followed in the airport terminal, at the boarding gate, and during flights. Coordinate with ground staff to facilitate smooth boarding, address airport logistics, and ensure timely flight departures alongside colleagues.
Handle emergencies and passenger concerns professionally.
Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and cultural awareness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum high school graduate (Grade 12).
- At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Minimum height 160cm, able to reach 212cm on tiptoes for emergency equipment access.
- No visible tattoos while in the Emirates cabin crew uniform.
- Must meet UAE employment visa requirements and be based in Dubai. Maintain a positive attitude in a multicultural airport team. Manage a demanding schedule while upholding excellent service.rds.

Pay Structure
Basic Salary: AED 4,980/month
Flying Pay: AED 69.60/hour (average 80–100 hours/month)
Average Total Pay: AED 11,244/month (~USD 3,100 / EUR 2,600 / GBP 2,280)
